SUSPENSION
We request a Suspension in Australian Mines Limited (ASX : AUZ) shares today 30 September 2008.
The reasons for the suspension are the same as the trading halt imposed on the 26th September and that is the Company is undertaking an asset sale program and potential capital raising.
The Directors will keep the ASX informed of the progress towards achieving these outcomes as soon as possible.
The Directors also advise that they will not be lodging the 30 June 2008 full year financial reports today until these matters are resolved.
The Company is not aware of any other reasons why the suspension should not be granted.
