Resignation of Director and Final Director’s Interest Notice

The Company wishes to advise that Mr. Keith Liddell has resigned as a Director and Chairman of Australian Mines Limited, effective 13th October 2005.

Mr Liddell has decided to pursue investment opportunities overseas and concentrate on Mineral Securities Limited of which he is a Director.

The Directors’ would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Liddell for his valuable contributions to the company over the past 4 years.
