Michael Ramsden
Managing Director of Terrain Capital in Australia. Michael is also Chairman of Lowell Capital Limited a responsible entity for the Lowell Resources Fund.
He is Chairman of African Mahogany Australia Pty Ltd and former Chairman of Terrain Australia Ltd, and a previous Director of stockbrokers D&D Tolhurst Limited and Tolhurst Corporate Ltd.
Michael is a lawyer with more than 25 years experience as a corporate advisor, he has been involved with all forms of finance, including money markets, futures trading, lease finance, trade finance and foreign exchange.

Benjamin Bell
Ben is a geologist and geophysicist with 15 years' experience in the mineral industry, including 10 years in gold exploration.
Previously Benjamin has held senior exploration roles with a number of ASX listed companies and was formerly the CEO of Australian gold explorer, Ausgold Limited.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science, a Masters of Mineral Exploration Technologies and a Master of Business Administration.

Mick Elias
Mick has over 25 years of extensive, international experience in all aspects of nickel resource development in both laterites and sulphides, from project generation and evaluation, exploration planning and management, development studies, open cut and underground mine geology, resource/reserve estimation, and resource economics.
Mick as previously held the positions of Chief Geologist – WA Nickel Operations and Chief Geologist – Nickel Resource Development at WMC Resources Ltd. Mr Elias holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from the University of Melbourne. Mick is a Director of Silver Swan Group Limited and a Fellow of the Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Dominic Marinelli
Dominic is a Director of Terrain Capital in Australia with over 20 years corporate fundraising experience covering a wide range of industries including; resources in Nigeria and emerging specialist technologies.
He has extensive UK experience and whilst there was a key member of a management team involved in the reverse takeover of a LSE investment trust that was subsequently listed on the UK-AIM market.

Neil F. Warburton

Brett Young
Brett has more than 25 years commercial and financial experience in resource based companies.
He has held senior management positions with major resource companies including Commercial Manager for Pasminco Century Zinc in the start up phase, KCGM, Newcrest and WMC.
Brett is a Chartered Accountant with experience in commercial evaluation of projects, company secretarial, implementing corporate strategies and developing information systems.
